When does the history of the Turks in the surrounding regions of Troy start?

83

According to recent excavation results, Troy was destroyed after a military defeat in 1180s B.C. E. (the Trojan War?). After this, approximately between 1150 and 950 B. C. E. it was under the influence of cultures of Balkan character. In the area, there is a gap or a very small settlement approximately between 950-700s B. C. E. After this period, this place gained a cult-like significance and there were still settlements. This wave of settlements continued till the thirteenth century C. E. (???!!!) After this, we do not see any traces of a new settlement. After a gap of a hundred years, we start to see Turkish and Greek settlements starting in the fourteenth century in the surrounding area of Troy. The final settlement of the Turks in the Troy region started in 1309. The Turks started to control this region in 1354 when Suleyman Pasha conquered Gallipoli. Especially after this date, the number of settlements around Troy increased. Çıplak village that is a few hundred meters from Troy was founded in early fifteenth century. Tevfikiye village near Örenyeri was founded in 1893 by immigrants.

The manor estate that Hasan Pasha, the navy general of the time, had built around Beşik Koyu right across from Tenedos in 1774.
